As part of efforts to enhance employee performance in Nigeria, the 2017 edition of high-level management meeting, TAMS Summit would be taken place to boost the national productivity level.
In a release to the media, the council member of Women in Business (WIMBIZ), Mrs. OlubunmiAboderin-Talabi will be the chairperson of the summit. The summit is the brain child of SB Telecoms and Devices, a Lagos based technology company with specialty in time attendance management and productivity solutions.
It will take place on May 18, in Lagos, with the theme; “Boosting Employee Performance Beyond Pecuniary Benefits.” In its second year, the summit was inspired by the success and acceptance of the company’s time attendance and human resource management solution.
Just like the inaugural edition, this year’s edition will attract leaders of thought from reputable global institutions of learning as well as the public and private sectors of the economy, who will evaluate Nigeria’s productivity output, and proffer solutions to the problems identified in order to improve human capital efficiency across all sectors of the economy, thereby boosting the national productivity level.
Also, Dr. Doyin Salami, Associate Professor at the Lagos Business School (LBS) is the keynote speaker at the event and will lead an array of panellists and discussants that include BabatundeFuadDurosinmi-Etti, Honourable Commissioner, Wealth Creation and Employment; DeremiAtanda ED, SystemSpecs; OmomeOsime-Oloyede, MD, XL Express and Logistics.
